We are looking for a Principal Officer to oversee the overall operations and management of an IFSC entity. The role requires ensuring regulatory compliance and operational alignment with the IFSCA framework while supporting efficient business operations within the financial services ecosystem.

Responsibilities –

1. Manage the overall operations and administration of the IFSC entity.
2. Ensure compliance with the regulatory guidelines set by the IFSCA framework.
3. Monitor operational processes to ensure regulatory and internal policy adherence.
4. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and regulators for operational and compliance matters.
5. Support strategic initiatives and ensure smooth functioning of the entity.

Requirements –

1. Professional qualification such as CA / CS / CMA / CFA or a postgraduate degree in Finance, Law, Accountancy, Business Management, Commerce, Economics, Capital Markets, Banking, Insurance, Actuarial Science, FinTech, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial services market.
3. Candidates with only a graduate degree must have minimum 5 years of relevant experience as per regulatory norms.
4. Strong understanding of financial services regulations and compliance frameworks.
5. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
