Location - Mumbai
We are looking out for a seasoned product sourcing manager with atleast 8 to 10 years of professional experience.
You will be responsible for deliver on the business goals for new product outsourcing working closely with the regional units, H.O as well as contract manufacturing stakeholders.

Responsibilities -
Maintaining a library of contract manufacturers and utilizing the same in the new product sourcing options.
Negotiating the costs, commercials with the contract manufacturers in consultation with the supply chain & operations stakeholders.
Liaisoning with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistency in product briefs.
Planning & controlling the annual budget of operating and capital expenditures.
Procuring the finished goods for retailing.
Ensuring the product availability is maintained as per the company's business and sales plans.
Ensuring timely submission of MIS to the relevant stakeholders.
Requirements -
MBA with 10+ years of relevant experience working in the same function with a personal care, skin care, cosmetics product manufacturing company.
Good connections with contract manufacturers across the country.
Effective negotiation and influencing skills.
Possessing good commercial understanding.
