Responsibilities

Project Oversight & Execution

• Lead end-to-end execution of hotel projects from finishing to final handover.
• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery aligned with approved designs and hospitality brand standards.
• Ensure timely milestone achievement, cost control, and optimal resource utilization.
• Coordinate civil, MEP, interior, façade, and landscape teams for seamless execution.
• Conduct regular site reviews, quality inspections, and risk assessments.
• Drive safety protocols, regulatory compliance, and site discipline.
• Monitor progress dashboards, project schedules, and snag closure activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture from a reputed institute.
• Proven experience in hotel or luxury hospitality project execution, especially finishing and interior works.
• Strong expertise in MEP coordination and multi-vendor management.
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera and project reporting tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in hospitality or hilly-terrain projects will be an added advantage.
