IT Project Manager - Gurgaon- 4+ years - WFO
Hiring for an IT Project Manager role comes with at least 4 years of experience in total and brings expertise in working in a SaaS setup. An incumbent coming with client management, internal and external stakeholder management, and people management will be the right fit.
Location - Gurgaon- WFO - 5 days/week

Roles & Responsibilities-
Understand Project/Business requirements & Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, time frame, and budget as well as ensure technical feasibility.
Documenting project requirements in a clear, concise manner.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Create and maintain analysis or domain models for the requirements.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques whenever required.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Lead meetings and set expectations for the project team.
Act as a communication broker Works with the project designers and architects to make sure their designs conform to the project requirements.
Work with the test team to make sure the tests adequately cover the requirements.
Run the User Acceptance tests.
Post-delivery support till the stability.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal as well excellent listening skills.
Outstanding Coordination, Leadership & Team handling skills.
Technical skills are required to understand client requirements & developing technical solutions by defining, analyzing, and documenting those requirements.
Hand-on experience in modeling techniques & methods (e.g., use cases, wireframes, etc.) should be well-versed in the data handling part also. • Proficiency with related Project management tools & methodologies. (JIRA, KANBA,,N etc.)
Flexible enough to mold oneself to work independently or in a group as well as to be a leader or a follower as per Project requirements.
