Role: Consultant - Leadership Hiring
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for advising clients on best practices for sourcing,
attracting and hiring job candidates for their open positions.
• Identify and develop client business/relationships with multi-national firms looking for Specialist Talent Acquisition partners
• Independently manage your set of clients and proactively engage with them for their recruitment needs
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process right from sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and joining
• Source high- calibre candidates through job advertising, market mapping, headhunting, referral network, Job Portals etc.
• Generate market contact database by performing market research through various channels
• Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
• Develop and implement strategies based on clients’ needs
The Successful Candidate
We are open to consider candidates from any experience and background; however, the candidate
must fulfill the below criteria:
• Minimum 2+ years of strong sales experience in a B2B segment
• Should have a bachelor’s and an MBA/Post graduate degree with 2+ years of work experience in a client-facing role
• Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Should have strong commercial business acumen
