Regional Manager-Business Development (Large Corporate Group) -4 Years -Mumbai/Gurugram
Location – Mumbai, Gurugram, India
Summary –An exciting opportunity for business development professionals experienced in B2B sales, client relationship management, and corporate acquisition. This role involves managing key relationships with large corporates, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives in the ratings and financial services domain.

Responsibilities –
- Originate new business opportunities and onboard mid to large corporate clients for credit rating and financial evaluation services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, solution-oriented discussions, and trust-based engagement.
- Drive acquisition of new clients for credit rating products such as bank loans, capital market instruments, and securitization.
- Identify potential clients—unrated or competitor-rated—and convert them through consultative sales.
- Network with lenders, investors, and key decision-makers in the financial ecosystem to strengthen market visibility.
- Lead contract negotiations, closure, and receivables management while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Develop and maintain market intelligence and competitor insights to create effective business and geography-wise sales strategies.
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets through proactive planning and execution.
Requirements –
- MBA with 4–8 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or client relationship management in the financial services domain.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, bank loans, and credit rating products.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and handling large corporate clients.
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and proposal writing skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Self-starter with the ability to operate independently and take ownership of business outcomes.
- Exposure to market research, outbound and inbound sales preferred.
