Seeking an MBA professional having 6 years of experience in sales in a professional division with Personal, beauty, hair care/FMCG, with at least 4 years as an ASM. You will be responsible for enhancing productivity with action plans, craft sales strategies for existing and new products, and managing channels while adhering to market policies. Strong FMCG acumen is essential. Working with professional divisions- (Saloon/SPAs etc) will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales and profit targets in the region by implementing defined strategies and campaigns.
2. Build and nurture customer/client relationships to maximize business opportunities.
3. Execute action plans to enhance business productivity.
4. Develop annual and monthly sales plans for both existing and new products.
5. Manage channels and ensure adherence to market policies and scheme implementation.
6. Research and identify potential customers and market opportunities.
Requirements:
1. Hold an MBA from a well-regarded business school.
2. Possess a minimum of 6 years of professional experience.
3. Specifically, must have at least 4 years of experience as an ASM (Area Sales Manager).
