Responsibilities-
  1. Manage top customers and oversee business operations.
  2. Regularly meet with key clients to negotiate and maintain business relationships.
  3. Achieve sales and collection goals through effective coordination with the team, dealers, and support staff.
  4. Meet visibility targets set by supervisors or company guidelines
  5. Set and achieve weekly and monthly primary and secondary sales targets through assigned staff.
  6. Execute all promotional schemes and initiatives to drive sales growth.
  7. Maintain comprehensive records of sales transactions and sales points.
Requirements-
 
  1. Minimum 3+ years of experience in the salon, beauty, skincare, or haircare background.
  2. Strong understanding of the beauty and personal care market.
  3. Proven track record in sales and business development.
  4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
