Sales Officer – Personal & Beauty Care – 3+ Years – Jhansi / Bongaigaon

We are hiring for a Sales Officer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to the beauty and personal care space, including skincare, haircare, or salon products.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for personally attending key clients and overseeing the performance of business coordinators within the assigned territory.
• Meeting key clients to maintain strong relationships and handling business negotiations as required.
• Achieving assigned sales targets and maintaining coordination with internal teams and dealers.
• Implementing company schemes and promotional activities in the market.
• Driving brand visibility in line with company and supervisor-defined objectives.
• Planning and tracking primary and secondary sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B and B2C sales.
• Prior experience in salon, skincare, haircare, or beauty care industry is highly preferred.
• Strong planning and execution skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
