Location: Mumbai/ Pune (Hybrid Work Model)

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead SAP S4 HANA ERP solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

  2. Act as a Functional Solution Architect, providing expertise on SAP platforms.

  3. Engage with clients to understand business needs, develop transformation roadmaps, and create innovative solution designs.

  4. Support business development activities, including proposal generation and solution planning.

  5. Drive integration with different ERP solutions, including SAP, and develop proof of concepts.

  6. Assist in business process re-engineering, business case creation, and value assessments.

Requirements:

  1. MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school.

  2. 4-8 years of experience in SAP S4 HANA MM/SD/PP/QM/EWM/IBP/IS-Retail.

  3. Experience working on large-scale transformation and implementation programs.

  4. Hands-on experience with at least 4-5 SAP RFP requests.

  5. Strong project management, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  6. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
