SAP Convergent Mediation Developer - SAP BRIM – 5-12 Years - Remote 

You will be part of a multi-year digital transformation program implementing a large-scale SAP BRIM solution integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM for a major customer engagement platform (UBOS). You will be responsible for designing, configuring, developing, integrating, and supporting SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) components, including high-volume usage processing, mediation flows, data transformations, and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems.

Location: Remote (EST hours)

Your Future Employer:

Our client is implementing UBOS, a next-generation back-office system enabling customer interactions through web, mobile app, chatbot, IVR, phone, and social channels. The platform is powered by SAP BRIM and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, supporting a high-volume, mission-critical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and implement SAP Convergent Mediation components and integrations for SAP BRIM and connected systems.
• Conduct requirement workshops, validate business needs, and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Configure and develop high-volume mediation flows, transformation rules, and usage rating processes.
• Build interfaces and integration points with SAP and non-SAP platforms, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Support data migration activities including mapping, transformation, cut-over validation, and delta load execution.
• Develop and execute unit/integration test cases, participate in SIT/UAT, and ensure quality through ADO documentation.
• Collaborate in performance testing cycles by diagnosing bottlenecks and optimizing mediation throughput.
• Provide post–go-live support through ServiceNow and ADO by triaging issues, applying fixes, and following SDLC and QA processes.

Requirements:

1. 5–12 years of SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) experience with hands-on delivery.
2. 3+ years working with SAP S/4HANA BRIM / CC in Azure cloud environments.
3. At least 1 end-to-end SAP BRIM implementation (CM, CC, CI, FI-CA).
4. Proven experience designing high-volume mediation and event-driven architectures.
5. Deep understanding of mediation flows, usage processing, rating data, and enrichment.
6. Strong integration expertise with non-SAP CRM systems, payment services, and real-time platforms.
7. Experience with database design, SQL scripting, data enrichment, and large data migrations.
8. Strong Agile/Scrum experience using Azure DevOps or JIRA.
9. Excellent skills in troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization.

Preferred Skills:

1. SAP BRIM/CM certifications (BR235, BR240, BR245, BR416).
2. Experience in tolling, transit, or transportation industries.
3. Familiarity with hybrid Agile environments.
4. Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM, ServiceNow, and enterprise change control.
5. Strong communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.
