Are you an operations leader with deep expertise in employee benefits and healthcare administration? We are looking for Manager –US Healthcare operations to lead service excellence across employer-sponsored benefits programs. This is a high-impact role in a global environment where you will drive client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and compliance in managing health and wellness benefit plans.

Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end delivery of employee benefits administration including renewals, enrollments, and policy servicing
2. Manage client relationships, employer HR coordination, and carrier/vendor interactions
3. Ensure data accuracy in eligibility, enrollment, billing, and policy records
4. Drive operational excellence across renewal cycles, open enrollment, and invoicing
5. Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and internal quality standards
6. Lead and develop operations teams while improving service levels and client satisfaction

Requirements

1. 13+ years of experience in employee benefits / healthcare operations / insurance operations
2. Strong understanding of group health insurance, wellness plans, and employer-sponsored benefits
3. Experience managing renewals, enrollments, and benefits administration cycles
4. Proven stakeholder management skills with employer HR teams and insurance carriers
5. Strong knowledge of data accuracy, compliance, and regulatory requirements
6. Prior experience leading teams in a service delivery or operations environment
