Responsibilities –

1. Perform and oversee ITGC testing to ensure compliance with SOX regulations.
2. Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT systems within the organization.
3. Design, document, and implement SOX ITGC processes and controls.
4. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve IT control environments.
5. Support external auditors and respond to audit findings.
6. Analyze and interpret compliance-related data to improve processes.
7. Conduct training sessions and workshops on SOX-related compliance methods.

Requirements –

1. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in SOX ITGC compliance.
2. Proficiency in SOX frameworks and IT audit methodologies.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps in IT controls.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
5. Experience with ERP systems and tools related to compliance and control testing.
6. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, or equivalent) are a plus.
7. A proven track record in working in a remote setup and independently driving results.
