Summary-

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Training Coordinator to plan, organize, and manage technical training and onboarding programs. The role focuses on ensuring smooth training delivery, tracking participant progress, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will help enhance technical knowledge and operational efficiency across teams.

Requirements:-

5+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, HR/Training, or equivalent); experience in training coordination or program administration, preferably in a technical/IT environment.

Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency with LMS platforms, virtual meeting tools, MS Office, and the ability to analyze training data for continuous improvement.

Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design; possession of a graduation degree with Provisional Certificate and Consolidated Marks Memo, willingness to work from office in rotational shifts, and ability to join immediately.

JD-

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate technical training sessions and onboarding programs, including logistics, resources, and virtual setups.
  • Manage training materials, system access, and learning platform accounts; track attendance and participant progress.
  • Analyze training data and feedback, generate impact reports, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance technical incident management and resolution.
