Deputy Manager - Transactional Quality & Process Excellence (Six Sigma / Lean) - 5+ Years - Vizag
Summary -
We are looking for a Deputy Manager – Transactional Quality & Process Excellence with strong exposure to shipping or transactional BPM environments to drive quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role requires hands-on experience in Lean Six Sigma, RCA, and process excellence frameworks, along with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills. This position will play a critical role in driving quality outcomes, client satisfaction, and operational stability within a high-volume service environment.

Responsibilities -
- Driving transactional quality, process compliance, and continuous improvement across assigned processes.
- Conducting root cause analysis, FMEA, and MSA for defect reduction and performance improvement.
- Leading Six Sigma and Lean projects to improve CTQs, productivity, and quality metrics.
- Managing client escalations and ensuring timely closure with sustainable corrective actions.
- Monitoring quality dashboards, reports, and performance trends using data and analytics.
- Coaching and guiding teams to improve adherence to SOPs, QMS, and quality benchmarks.
Requirements -
- 5–8 years of experience in transactional quality, process excellence, or operational quality.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in shipping, logistics, or BPM transactional processes.
- Green Belt or Lean Six Sigma certified with strong exposure to DMAIC and RCA tools.
- Working knowledge of Power BI, Excel, and data-driven quality reporting.
- Exposure to client handling, escalations, and team management in a service environment.
- Graduate in any discipline with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
