Reporting Analyst – 3+ Years - Gurgaon

We are looking for a skilled CRMA Analytics & Reporting Specialist to design, develop, and manage Salesforce CRM Analytics dashboards and datasets. The role will drive data-driven decision-making by translating business requirements into scalable, high-impact analytics solutions.

Responsibilities –

1. Gather and translate business requirements into CRMA dashboards, KPIs, filters, and drilldowns.
2. Design, develop, and maintain interactive CRMA dashboards, lenses, and reports ensuring performance and accuracy.
3. Build and manage CRMA datasets, dataflows, and recipes including joins, aggregations, and calculated fields.
4. Perform UAT, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements based on user feedback.
5. Ensure data quality, security, documentation, and optimize analytics performance; provide training and demos to business users.

Requirements –

1. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in BI/Analytics with minimum 2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA/Tableau CRM).
3. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model with experience building analytics on Salesforce objects.
4. Proficiency in SQL and exposure to cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery preferred).
5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills; insurance domain experience preferred.
