Location - Noida

Responsibilities –

  1. Design and own the end-to-end test automation strategy across UI, API, integration, and performance layers.
  2. Architect and enhance automation frameworks for web, API, and performance testing (Cypress, K6, Selenium, etc.).
  3. Integrate automated tests into GitLab CI/CD pipelines as quality gates and establish continuous testing.
  4. Manage test environments and data using AWS and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
  5. Champion quality practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with PSD2, GDPR, and PCI DSS standards.
  6. Monitor KPIs (coverage, defect leakage, test pass rates) and drive continuous improvement in quality engineering.

Requirements –

  1. 18–25 years of QA & test automation experience, with strong expertise in building automation frameworks for large-scale distributed systems.
  2. Hands-on programming experience in Java/JVM languages, with additional scripting in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
  3. Deep knowledge of UI (Cypress/Playwright/Selenium), API (RestAssured, Postman, K6), and performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling).
  4. Strong CI/CD integration skills (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) with Docker/Kubernetes exposure.
  5. Cloud experience in AWS, with Terraform/IaC for environment provisioning.
  6. Excellent leadership, collaboration, and communication skills with a quality-first mindset.
