Senior Communicator – IT Consulting – Bangalore (8-10 years)
Location: Bangalore, India
We are looking for a communication professional who will develop solutions for more effective communications or better employee experience. Who will work with the Communications Lead to help teams across organization– including Human Resources, Wellness, and Compensation & Benefits, among others – to transform employee experience. Someone who will interact with people, organize projects, understand requirements, develop communications, and find creative ways to drive our cultural transformation.

Job Responsibilities:
Liaising with business/support leaders to understand requirements, and drive conversations.
Developing solutions for more effective communications or better employee experience
Working with the internal team and expert partners to create high-quality communication collateral.
Understanding and incorporate key messaging through existing communication channels and provide guidance to business on campaigns.
Helping streamline communication vehicles and processes for efficient delivery of messages and overall strategy.
Tracking key communication efforts and measures and contribute to dashboards/reports.
Facilitating group discussions and independently lead initiatives
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in journalism, creative writing, English literature, or applied arts.
Minimum 10 years of communications experience.
Exceptional writing and editing skills. A strong command of the English language with all its nuances and rhetoric, and figures of speech
Strong listening skills, with the ability to assess communication issues and then influence stakeholders to take desired actions.
