Summary –

We are looking for a seasoned Treasury professional to take charge of corporate treasury operations for a global organization. This leadership role involves optimizing liquidity, managing banking relationships, driving compliance, and leading a team of treasury professionals. The ideal candidate brings in-depth technical knowledge, global exposure, and a proactive mindset to support strategic financial initiatives from the India hub. Shift Timing: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (US Shift)

Bengaluru, India (Work from Office – 5 Days a Week)

Responsibilities –

1. Manage end-to-end KYC/UBO compliance across the global banking portfolio and oversee access rights.
2. Optimize daily cash flow and liquidity, ensuring accurate forecasting and working capital efficiency.
3. Build and manage strong relationships with banks and financial partners, including negotiating treasury-related terms.
4. Ensure adherence to financial controls, regulatory standards, and coordinate with auditors for treasury audits.
5. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of treasury professionals while supporting the build-out of a centralized treasury function in India.

Requirements –

1. 13 to 14 years of relevant treasury experience with a strong command over treasury systems (TMS).
2. Advanced qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
3. CTP certification is mandatory; CPA is preferred.
4. Proven experience in global banking operations, financial risk management, and investment practices.
5. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
