Senior Manager – Learning and Development – 8+ Years of exp.



Job opportunity in Gurgaon for a Senior Manager Learning and Development, holding 8+ years of experience in total - one would be taking care of end to end L&D process. One should hold great experience of Sales training specifically for leadership team. If this sounds exciting, apply with us!


One with prior experience in Sales training for leadership team would be preferred.


One with prior experience from Insurance industry would be preferred.


LOCATION: Gurgaon

  • One would be responsible for consistently designing, delivering and measuring effectiveness of learning interventions.
  • One would be responsible for working closely with the stakeholders.
  • One would be taking care of creating structured self-paced learning content focused on the functional and behavioural competencies.
  • Responsible for creating awareness about the development opportunities across the organization.
  • Managing the large-scale learning programs by creating structured project and communication plans.
  • Designing and delivering learning interventions across modalities.
  • One would be taking care of end to end L&D process.
  • Collaborating with zonal & regional teams to align & deploy domain & functional skilling programs




  • Proven experience for at least 8+ years of experience.
  • Solid project management & organizational skills.
  • Strong problem solving and ability to work comfortably with data.
  • One with great stakeholder management exposure would be preferred.



  • Work in a fast-paced organization
  • Learn various new skills outside of your domains
  • Work with one of the leading Insurance organization
