Senior Manager -Underwriting Transformation 7+ years – Gurugram
An exciting Job opportunity for a professional holding 7+ years of experience in underwriting and risk management, assessment using automation.

Responsibilities:
- Developing Strategic alignment with reinsurer on customized sourcing restriction, underwriting guidelines.
- Focusing on project specially around OCRS, UW rule engines, deployment of journey changes, Integration with UW risk models, Predictive models.
- Highlighting any deviation seen in UW approach and report outages to reinsurer to ensure no claim denial.
- Supervising and reviewing procedures and ensure for compliance in line with IRDA, Internal guidelines, reinsurance and ISO requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 7+ years’ work experience as a underwritier in life Insurance.
- Should have done quality projects – Green belt or black belt.
- Proficient in Advance MS Excel , Macros , MS Access.
