Responsibilities

As a Senior Process Analyst/Assistant Manager in Controllership, you’ll be entrusted with:

• Handling the end-to-end controllership process, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Driving financial process improvements, automating manual workflows, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Reviewing ledger balances, reconciling accounts, and preparing key financial reports.
• Executing internal controls to mitigate risks and improve business outcomes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address finance-related issues promptly.
• Preparing financial statements and supporting statutory audits.
• Staying abreast of industry regulations and ensuring alignment with global and regional policies.
• Acting as a mentor to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and innovation in the finance team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will bring:

• A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines. A professional qualification such as CA/CPA/CMA is preferred.
• A minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in financial services or a similar practice.
• Comprehensive understanding of controllership functions, including account reconciliation, statutory audit, and compliance.
• Advanced proficiency in financial tools and software, such as MS Excel, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an exceptional attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset to identify opportunities for process enhancements.
