Senior Quality Analyst - AR/AP - 5+ Years - Gurugram

We are hiring a Senior Quality Analyst – AR/AP to drive accuracy, compliance, and process excellence across Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable operations. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with US-based accounting stakeholders, manage critical quality metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced global finance environment.

Responsibilities

1. Perform quality audits across AR and AP transactions to ensure 100% accuracy and SLA adherence
2. Review invoicing, cash application, reconciliations, credit notes, and vendor payments
3. Conduct daily internal audits and maintain exception and defect logs
4. Support month-end close activities and financial reporting
5. Identify process gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities
6. Create and maintain SOPs and quality documentation
7. Collaborate closely with US Accounting stakeholders for issue resolution
8. Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
9. Track quality metrics and drive corrective/preventive actions
10. Support automation and process standardization initiatives

Requirements

1. Commerce Graduate / BBA (mandatory)
2. 5+ years of experience for Senior Quality Analyst (AR/AP) role
3. Strong hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
4. Exposure to US accounting processes and stakeholders
5. Excellent communication skills (8/10 or above)
6. Experience working in night shifts aligned to US business hours
7. Strong analytical, auditing, and problem-solving skills
8. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite/Oracle preferred)
9. Ability to work independently and manage high-volume transactions
