Settlement Analyst - 3 Yrs - Chennai / Gurgaon

We are hiring a Settlement Analyst with 3+ years of experience to manage trade and settlement operations for a leading financial services firm. The role requires strong reconciliation skills, experience with settlement systems, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities -
• Transaction processing: Process and settle trades and financial transactions accurately and on time.
• Reconciliation: Verify and reconcile trade details, cash transactions, and account balances.
• Discrepancy resolution: Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or failed transactions in a timely manner.
• Stakeholder communication: Liaise with internal teams and external parties and help refine/verify standard settlement instructions (SSIs).
• Reporting & Compliance: Generate settlement-related reports and ensure all processes comply with regulatory and internal guidelines.

Requirements -
• Master’s degree in Finance.
• 3+ years of experience in a settlement or financial services role.
• Technical proficiency in SWIFT, Fedwire, DTCC; MUREX experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of financial products, markets, and settlement processes.
