Your Future Employer

It is an independent power producer (IPP) that provides renewable energy to businesses via solar, wind and battery-storage projects.

Key Responsibilities

1.  Manage overall solar plant operations to achieve optimum uptime, performance ratio, and generation efficiency.
2. Implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans while ensuring full compliance with HSE and safety protocols.
3. Supervise site manpower, vendors, and warranty management to ensure smooth plant operations.
4.  Monitor plant performance data, analyse losses, and drive corrective and continuous improvement actions.
5.  Oversee reporting, energy settlements, and ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements..

Key Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
2. Minimum 6–7 years in Solar Plant Operations & Maintenance.
3. Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams (engineers, technicians, and contract manpower).
4. Strong data-analysis skills and familiarity with regulatory and statutory compliance in the renewable sector.
5. Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
