We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong expertise in Apache Kafka and integration technologies to support the development and maintenance of event-driven and API-led integration services. The role involves building Kafka-based integration flows, working with webMethods platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable enterprise integration solutions.

Responsibilities –

  1. Develop and configure Kafka-based integration services including producers, consumers, topics, and message schemas.

  2. Implement event-driven integration flows using Kafka as the core messaging backbone.

  3. Build and maintain integration flows, mappings, and transformation logic using webMethods and webMethods.io.

  4. Troubleshoot integration defects and resolve production incidents in collaboration with senior engineers.

  5. Maintain integration documentation and contribute to reusable integration patterns and platform standards.

Requirements –

  1. 3–6 years of experience in integration development with strong hands-on experience in Apache Kafka.

  2. Experience designing Kafka producers and consumers and managing topics, partitions, and schemas.

  3. Hands-on experience with webMethods Integration Server including flow services, mappings, and error handling.

  4. Experience building and consuming REST APIs and implementing integration patterns.

  5. Strong troubleshooting skills and experience working in Agile development environments.
