Sr Analyst – Power BI & Azure (3+ years) Bangalore/Pune
We are looking for talented individuals who can work as individual contributors and maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders. Your role will involve extracting, cleansing, and transforming data through data analytics, data visualization, and data modeling techniques.
Location: Bangalore / Pune

Responsibilities:
Extract relevant data, cleanse, and transform it into actionable insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
Develop and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using tools like Visual Studio or Informatica.
Utilize MS PowerBI for creating insightful data visualizations and reports.
Manage databases, including SQL and MS Azure SQL, ensuring data accuracy and availability.
Perform data analysis and business analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
Validate and review customer data as it's collected, ensuring data quality.
Oversee the deployment of data to the data warehouse, ensuring smooth data integration.
Collaborate with the IT department to implement software and hardware upgrades for big data use cases.
Monitor analytics and metrics results, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
Implement new data analysis methodologies to improve data-driven decision-making.
Conduct data profiling to identify and understand data anomalies and outliers.
Requirements:
3+ years of overall experience.
Strong MS PowerBI skills.
Hands-on experience in MS Azure SQL Database.
Excellent knowledge of ETL packages using Visual Studio or Informatica.
Data analysis, Business analysis.
Database management and reporting (SQL & MS Azure SQL).
Critical-thinking and problem-solving.
Excellent verbal and written Communication skills.
