Senior Analyst/ Team Lead - Wealth Credit Transaction Management - Loan Operations - 5+ Years - Mumbai/ Chennai

We are hiring Analyst, Senior Analyst, and Team Leader professionals for Wealth Credit Transaction Management roles, supporting loan operations, transaction management, and end-to-end credit/ loan lifecycle across Wealth Management / Private Banking portfolios.

Location: Mumbai / Chennai

Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end transaction management activities across the loan lifecycle, including loan booking, deal closing, and post-disbursement monitoring.
2. Review and validate credit approval notes, term sheets, and credit agreements to ensure accuracy and policy alignment.
3. Coordinate with credit, legal, risk, and loan operations teams to ensure seamless execution and issue resolution.
4. Perform covenant, collateral, LTV, and margin monitoring, identifying exceptions and supporting remediation.
5. Ensure adherence to governance, controls, SLAs, and regulatory standards, with delivery ownership for senior roles.

Requirements:

1. 3–9 years (Analyst/Senior Analyst) or 10+ years (Team Leader) of experience in Transaction Management, Loan Operations, or Wealth Credit Operations.
2. Strong domain knowledge of Wealth Management / Private Banking lending and secured credit products and having global market exposure.
3. Hands-on exposure to loan lifecycle, loan booking systems, and credit documentation processes.
4. Working knowledge of covenants, collateral structures, and post-close credit operations.
5. Excellent attention to detail, stakeholder management, and control mindset, with team leadership exposure for senior profiles.
