Business Analyst/Sr Business Analyst - HR Practices - Recruitment Consulting - 3+ years - Mumbai/Bangalore

Exciting opportunity for a Market Research Expert or a Human Resource Consultant with 3+ years of experience in secondary research, competitive intelligence, and benchmarking within the larger Human Resources sector. Join a globally recognized leadership advisory firm and work on CXO-level projects across multiple sectors.

Your Future Employer: is a leading global executive search and leadership advisory firm, serving a blue-chip client base across all industries. The firm specializes in C-suite and board consulting, executive search, and corporate assessment and development.

Responsibilities -  

  1. Conducting in-depth research and benchmarking on HR sub-functions (talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, employee engagement, etc.) to generate actionable insights aligned with client needs.
  2. Analyzing workforce, leadership, and organizational data to provide strategic recommendations supporting senior leadership in shaping HR strategy and practices.
  3. Mapping and profiling CXO-level stakeholders across industries to identify leadership trends, succession pipelines, and talent movement patterns relevant to clients’ HR priorities.
  4. Developing high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations synthesizing research findings into strategic insights for both internal stakeholders and client-facing deliverables.
  5. Collaborating with consultants and cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, relevance, and contextualization of HR-related data in line with project objectives.
  6. Driving end-to-end HR-focused research projects, from scoping to insight generation, ensuring alignment with client challenges around talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements -  

  1. MBA/PGDM from reputed institutes.
  2. 3+ years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or benchmarking.
  3. Background from Big 4s, Big 3s, SHREK Firms, or executive search/consulting firms preferred.
  4. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
