Sr. Executive (Sales) - (Electricals & Electronics - Busduct) - 4+ Years - Bangalore

Location - Bangalore

We are hiring for a Sr. Executive – Sales to join the Electricals & Electronics division. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in sandwich busduct systems, with proven experience in market development, customer management, and driving sales across the domestic market. This is a high-impact role involving key account management, channel partner development, and project execution.

Responsibilities -

  1. Achieving assigned sales targets for sandwich busduct products
  2. Mapping new markets, generating enquiries, and managing product approvals
  3. Handling key accounts and empaneling with consultants, contractors, and clients
  4. Appointing and managing channel partners/agents across India
  5. Executing the full project lifecycle – from enquiry to operational and financial closure
  6. Preparing proposals, ensuring technical/commercial accuracy, and converting orders
  7. Conducting sales promotions and tracking competitor and pricing insights
  8. Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships
  9. Participating in initiatives related to IMS, PMO, Kaizen, and Business Excellence

Requirements -

Essential:

  1. Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred)
  2. Minimum 4 years of experience in sandwich busduct sales
  3. Technical and commercial tendering knowledge
  4. Willingness to travel extensively across designated regions
  5. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  6. Familiarity with AutoCAD / SolidWorks and related tools

Preferred:

  1. Installation and commissioning experience with busduct systems
  2. Technically sound and self-driven to perform in high-demand environments
