THEME OF ROLE Talent Management & Talent Development

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Create L&D Roadmap for the entire organization using TNI analysis

• Design Sales capability building framework

• Design and deliver programs for Managerial and Leadership Capability Building

• Create platforms for effective communication and listening skills

• Evangelize Values in the Organization

• Managing Talent Management initiatives for hi performers and creating customized IDPs

• Developing interventions for performance-based culture

• Imbibe a culture for Self-Learning

• Planning and conducting suitable MDPs

 

 

• Manage training calendar & training budget

• Drive interventions to keep employees engaged

 

The incumbent should be adept at

• Diagnosis the training needs and identifying competency gaps

• Designing high quality content as per training needs

• Efficiently delivering training sessions

• Monitor and evaluate training program s effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them.

 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION MBA/PGDM with HR Specialization from Tier 1/2 B-School

EXPERIENCE 3-5 years of experience in FMCG Industry

• Should have Strong knowledge on HR processes, training design and evaluation,
