Staff Software Engineer – AI, JAVA/ Python, AWS – 8+ Years, PAN India
We are seeking a professional from a product-based set up with minimum 7 years of experience on software development in one or more programming languages writing production code. A perfect role fit for an individual holding a strong understanding of data structures or algorithms.

Responsibilities
- Writing production quality code.
- Architecting solutions for highly scalable and distributed systems.
- Reviewing code and provide feedback to ensure correctness and implementation of best practices.
- Contributing to or author system design documents, user guides and documentation.
- Identifying and solve complex problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Driving the adoption of new technologies and processes to improve software quality, performance, and reliability.
- Researching various options for implementation and drive consensus towards the most suitable option.
- Triaging and debugging product issues to ensure functional correctness, performance and resiliency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering-related field (computer science, electrical engineering, etc.) or equivalent practical experience
- 7 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages writing production code.
- Strong understanding of data structures or algorithms.
- Strong knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Java, Python or C++.
- Experience taking ideas from inception to launch.
- Experience working with highly scalable, fault-tolerant, secure and complaint architecture and systems.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
