Key Account Manager - Fleet/ Commercial Vehicle - Leading Tyre firm - 3+ Years - Gurgaon/ Rohtak

A leading Tyre manufacturing organization is hiring Key Account Manager – Fleet to drive business growth with large commercial vehicle fleet customers. This role focuses on onboarding and developing key fleet accounts, increasing tyre fitment, improving product performance, and building long-term partnerships through strong on-ground engagement.

Location: Gurgaon/ Rohtak

Your Future Employer: A well-established and reputed tyre manufacturing company with a strong presence across the commercial vehicle and fleet segment in India. The organization works closely with OEMs, fleet operators, and channel partners, offering high-quality products and performance-driven mobility solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and onboard new large fleet and PCTR customers to drive tyre fitment and revenue growth
2. Manage and develop key fleet accounts to achieve defined sales and fitment targets
3. Build strong relationships with fleet owners, managers, drivers, and fitters
4. Manage the end-to-end tyre lifecycle at key accounts – demand generation, sourcing, fitment, performance monitoring, and second life
5. Track and demonstrate product performance to increase share of wheels
6. Conduct preventive maintenance training for drivers, fitters, and fleet managers to optimize tyre life
7. Ensure service excellence and share MIS and performance reports with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

1. Experience in B2B / Fleet / Commercial Vehicle sales or account management
2. Background in CV OEMs, tyre companies, auto ancillaries, logistics, or fleet services
3. Understanding of fleet operations, vehicle maintenance, tyre performance, retreading, and repair processes
4. Strong relationship management and solution-selling skills
5. Comfortable with field-intensive roles
6. Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools
