State Vertical Head – HDB Channel | 8–12 Years | Jaipur

Join a leading Bancassurance team and take ownership of driving business growth and managing HDB Channel operations across your assigned state. As the State Vertical Head, you will lead a high-performing team, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure sales excellence with strong compliance and customer satisfaction focus.

1.      Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive sales and revenue growth for the HDB channel within the assigned state.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and design strategies to enhance market share.
  3. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Area Managers and Sales Officers.
  4. Ensure effective manpower planning and performance management.
  5. Build and nurture strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders.

  3. Strategic thinking and problem-solving orientation.
  4. In-depth knowledge of financial products and HDB channel operations.
