You will oversee the execution of securitization transactions, support the credit rating process for structured finance deals, and enhance team capabilities. The role demands strong financial modeling skills, analytical expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage client interactions, including directing and coordinating securitization transaction execution.
  2. Support the credit rating process for structured finance transactions of moderate to high complexity.
  3. Assist the team with complex entities or transactions and prepare materials for ratings publication.
  4. Mentor team members on assigned credits within a transaction portfolio, assess quarterly financial projections, and handle challenging analytical situations.
  5. Actively participate in preparing rating committee notes and presenting in committees for new issuances and an allocated portfolio of structured finance transactions, such as Asset-Backed Securities (ABS), Residential Mortgage-Backed Securities (RMBS), Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS), Collateralized Debt Obligations (CDO), Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO), and Covered Bonds.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in securitization/structured finance or a related financial services role.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and analytical capabilities.
  4. Solution-oriented mindset.
  5. MBA from a recognized institution.
