Role: Talent Acquisition US Hiring
Location: Bangalore and Gurgaon

Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for US Retail and Media vertical
Hire candidates from beginner roles to leadership positions
Source and screen candidate profiles in alignment with hiring managers and schedule interviews with panel members
Release offers and conduct negotiation with selected candidates
Create a candidate pipeline and maintain interview feedbacks and candidate status
What you need to have:
5+ years of work experience as a recruiter handling end-to-end recruitment cycle
Experience hiring candidates in analytics industry for general analyst, data science and data engineering roles for US Geography
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated and can lead a team of junior recruiters.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable in using Microsoft Excel
Bachelor’s degree
