Key Responsibilities –

•            Manage operations within a designated business area, ensuring processes are efficient, risks are controlled, and compliance with regulatory standards is maintained.

•            Monitor and analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends, drive improvements, and implement new procedures.

•            Collaborate with internal stakeholders (leaders, project managers, SMEs) and external partners (vendors, service providers) to align operations with organizational objectives and service-level agreements.

•            Lead and support operational professionals by providing coaching, guidance, and performance management to enhance delivery quality.

•            Develop and manage KPIs, leveraging data and technology to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.

•            Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, with a strong focus on customer experience.

•            Foster a culture of openness by encouraging feedback, creating a safe environment for colleagues to share ideas, and keeping people initiatives aligned with workforce needs.

•            Partner with HR to implement retention strategies and manage attrition effectively.

•            Advise on decision-making, contribute to policy development, and strengthen governance controls to mitigate risks.

•            Communicate complex or sensitive information clearly and persuasively, influencing stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes. 

Requirements –

•            8–12 years of experience in operations, risk management, compliance, or business process management, with 3–5 years in a team handling leadership role.

•            Proven ability to lead teams, coach colleagues, and manage performance through KPIs and structured objectives.

•            Strong skills in data analysis, performance monitoring, and using insights to drive process improvements.

•            Deep understanding of regulatory requirements, governance frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies.

•            Experience collaborating with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, vendors, and external partners to achieve business goals .
