Key Responsibilities –

•            Lead global performance management programs within the Learning & Development function, driving survey design, talent frameworks, and evaluation strategies.

•            Manage a team, providing guidance, coaching, and accountability for deliverables.

•            Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align performance initiatives with business goals and employee development.

•            Design and execute employee surveys and feedback mechanisms to support data-driven decision-making.

•            Drive talent management processes including succession planning, capability mapping, and performance calibration.

•            Ensure timely execution of programs while working in a US shift (6 PM – 3 AM IST) under a hybrid model (1 week WFO/month).

•            Apply strong analytical, communication, and judgment skills to resolve queries, escalate issues, and optimize program outcomes.

 

Requirements –

•            Minimum 8+ years of experience in global program management within Learning & Development

•            At least 4 years of team handling role

•            Willingness to work in a US shift (6 PM to 3 AM IST).

•            Comfortable with a hybrid work model — 1 week work-from-office per month. Cab facility provided.
