Team Manager- UK Insurance Operations- 7+ Years- Mumbai

 Looking for a professional with 7-13 years of experience in UK Insurance Operations (Life Insurance or Pensions), also one should have on papers experience of team management for at least 2 years.

Location: Mumbai

 Key responsibilities:

  1. Leading motivating, counselling, developing and coach team members to meet departmental KPIs.

  2. Identify, facilitate and implement process improvement ideas to improve efficiency

  3. Ensuring that the KPIs for individuals in the team are linked to the stakeholder objectives.

  4. Ensuring reasonable level of awareness / knowledge about all the regulatory changes across your team.

  5. Ensuring Standard Transaction Time (processing time) analysis is a systematic & periodic activity.

  6. Demonstrating a positive risk, compliance and control culture through the identification, assessment, monitoring and management of risks and issues within the business area, alongside ensuring timely and appropriate resolution of control weaknesses, actions and failures.


Key Requirements:

1. Graduate in any Discipline.

2. At least 7-10 years of relevant experience, with preferably 3 year in people management role.

3. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and able to liaise effectively with personnel at all levels.

4. Experience in Service Delivery Areas and Operations.
