We are seeking a seasoned HR PMO Professional with 10+ years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will play a key leadership role in the development, implementation, and management of HR projects and programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR project management, process improvement, and a deep understanding of HR practices.

Provide guidance and mentorship to HR project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, regulations, and best practices.
Act as a strategic partner to HR leadership, offering insights and recommendations to enhance HR processes and programs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integration and alignment of HR projects with overall business objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in HR project management, with a focus on PMO leadership.
Proven experience leading large-scale HR projects and initiatives.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, practices, and regulations.
Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
