Technical Project Manager – Cargo Systems Implementation – 10+ Years – Pan India

We are hiring a Technical Project Manager with strong experience in Airline Cargo Management Systems to lead large-scale IT implementation programs. This role requires expertise in project governance, system integrations, stakeholder management, and delivering enterprise technology solutions within the aviation domain.

Location – Remote (Pan India)

Responsibilities –

1. Lead end-to-end IT implementation of Airline Cargo Management Systems such as iCargo, Cargospot, CargoSuite, or similar enterprise platforms.
2. Partner with Solution Architects and technical teams to drive system design, integrations, APIs, and data migration activities.
3. Ensure alignment of technology solutions with airline cargo business processes and global messaging standards (Cargo-IMP/Cargo-XML).
4. Manage senior stakeholders, cross-functional IT teams, and external vendors while adhering to PMI governance frameworks.
5. Identify project risks, mitigate technical challenges, and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

Requirements –

1. 10-15 years of Project Management experience within IT services or technology environments.
2. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Airline Cargo/Logistics system implementations.
3. Experience with cargo platforms such as iCargo, Cargospot, Mercator CargoSuite, Accelya, SITA Cargo, or Unisys Cargo.
4. Strong understanding of APIs, enterprise integrations, cloud-based systems, and data migration.
5. PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
