UX/UI Manager – Consulting – Multiple Locations (5+ Years)
Excellent opportunity for a professional who holds a minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in rebuilding and designing websites, developing strategies for new and customized UX/UI experiences in a consulting firm.
Location: Chennai/Bangalore/Mumbai/Gurgaon

Responsibilities:
Rebuilding and designing websites on WordPress
Maintaining and updating content for the websites
Coordinating with marketing analytics team to maintain and operate Hubspot
Planning, building and delivery of elegant web design and digital initiatives to support corporate and business unit(s) marketing strategy for individual products and integrated programs
Build an amazing customer experience and extend both the web CMS and capabilities to be best in class at SEO and driving conversions
Managing and update/implement high-level SEO strategies to satisfy common goals within the Business, including working extensively with analytics tools and website code structures
Developing ongoing processes and strategies for new and customized UX/UI experience
Testing and conducting in-depth analyses on various approaches to messaging, presentation, and traffic-driving; using data through analytics, and internal reporting.
Responsible for ensuring web information architecture, navigation, customer journey is clear, compelling and consistent for desktop and mobile
Responsible for integrating current and future platforms, ie: Eloqua, Quantum, etc.
Requirements:
Need to have direct experience in content authoring in WordPress and understand solutions to integrate with Analytics and Target.
Hands-on experience managing the web production process. You have worked closely and understand information architecture, user experience, interaction design, visual design initiatives, analytics/testing and development (including mobile).
Ability to troubleshoot technical problems logically and systematically.
Ability to work against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and simultaneously on multiple initiatives and projects.
