Responsibilities

1. Designing and driving the enterprise security strategy, aligning it with overall organizational goals.
2. Overseeing the development and implementation of security protocols and prevention strategies to safeguard organizational data and IT infrastructure.
3. Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of security measures.
4. Leading cross-functional teams to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities.
5. Collaborating closely with the Technology & Analytics team to support developments and align security measures with analytics infrastructure.

Requirements

1. 9+ years of progressive experience in Enterprise Security, with significant exposure to Technology & Analytics Practice.
2. In-depth knowledge of enterprise security architecture, cyber threats, and risk management.
3. Strategic mindset with the ability to design and implement security programs at scale.
4. Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills, along with the ability to collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex security challenges.
