Vice President - Project Management - Banking - 13+ Years - Mumbai

This role is for a seasoned professional with strong experience in Transaction Banking / Corporate Banking domains. The role requires expertise in managing complex business and technology change initiatives while working with global stakeholders in a virtual environment. This is an individual contributor position requiring strong domain depth and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities -

1. Lead end-to-end delivery of complex business and technology change projects within Corporate Banking.
2. Drive project execution ensuring delivery within timelines, budget, regulatory requirements and internal compliance frameworks.
3. Manage transformation initiatives across Transaction Banking domains including Cash Management, Payments, Collections, Virtual Accounts, Liquidity Management and Digital Banking (Web / Mobile / H2H / SWIFT).
4. Engage and collaborate with global stakeholders in a virtual working environment.
5. Independently manage project design and execution lifecycle, preferably using Agile methodologies.
6. Prioritize and multitask across a diverse portfolio of projects in a high-pressure environment.

Requirements -

1. 13+ years of relevant experience required.
2. 1-2 years of experience working at Vice President level within a banking organization.
3. Prior experience delivering complex change projects within a Corporate Bank environment.
4. Hands-on expertise in at least 2-3 domains among Cash Management, Payments, Collections, Virtual Accounts, Liquidity Management, Digital Banking.
5. Strong understanding of Corporate Banking products (Cash & Trade) and front-to-back processes.
6. Experience working with global stakeholders in a virtual environment (mandatory).
