Zonal Business Head – West -15years+- Mumbai

Summary – An exciting opportunity to lead business operations, franchise growth, and revenue strategies across the Western region for a leading player in the education sector. This role is designed for a senior professional with 15+ years of expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Operations, ready to drive large-scale business expansion and team leadership.

Responsibilities –

  1. Driving franchise expansion by acquiring new partners, setting up centers, and providing onboarding support.
  2. Managing operational performance across centers to ensure enrollment growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  3. Developing and executing zonal sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  4. Monitoring revenue and profitability targets and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  5. Conducting business reviews, audits, and goal-setting sessions with zonal teams.
  6. Providing operational and strategic support to franchisees for business growth.
  7. Guiding and mentoring Zonal Managers and building future leadership pipelines.
  8. Ensuring compliance with operational and legal standards during franchise onboarding.
  9. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Training, Academics) for brand and business delivery.
  10. Analyzing market trends and competition activities to identify new opportunities.

Requirements –

  1. Postgraduate/Graduate with 15+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing leadership roles.
  2. Proven expertise in franchise operations and business expansion.
  3. Strong experience in P&L ownership and driving profitability.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  5. High adaptability to manage large teams across multiple locations.
