ADF Developer - ETL & ADF (6+ years)

ADF Developer – (ETL & Azure) 5+ years – Remote/Pune

Currently seeking someone with Strong Working Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Azure, Azure Data Factory, Data Pipelining, Data Transformation, ETL, copy activity, and custom Azure development. A perfect role fit for the one having good technical knowledge in SQL Server BI suite (ETL, Reporting, Analytics, Dashboards) using SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, and Power BI.

Responsibilities –

• Building and designing large-scale Data warehouse applications

• Implementing complex projects dealing with the considerable data size (TB/ PB) and with high complexity in the production environment

• Analyzing, re-architecting, and migrating on-premises data warehouses to data platforms on Azure.

• Designing data lake with ADLS - experience designing of data and data architecture in Azure data lake, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure Data Factory

Requirements –

• Strong working Knowledge and experience in - Microsoft Azure, Azure DataFactory, Data Pipelining, Data Transformation, ETL, copy activity, custom Azure development.

• Sound skills and hands on experience with Azure Data Lake, SQL Data Warehouse Azure Blob, Azure Storage Explorer

• Strong data automation, analytics, and problem-solving experience

• Experience and skill with data mining methods, data modeling, and working with data warehouses

• Strong SQL skills, ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.

• Knowledge of Azure Data Catalog, Event Grid, Service Bus, SQL and Synapse

• Proven ability to use data, analytics, and business knowledge to solve complex business problems

• Working knowledge on Python - Strong communication & presentation skills Good to have skills

• Exposure to other ETL tools like Informatica & Ab-Initio - Exposure to ETL services in other cloud platforms

• Good technical knowledge in SQL Server BI suite (ETL, Reporting, Analytics, Dashboards) using SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI.
