Lead Data Analyst-Power BI Lead - 3+ Year- Gurgaon- Hybrid

We are looking for a highly analytical and hands-on Power BI professional to work on end-to-end BI projects involving consumption data and large databases. The role requires strong expertise in Power BI, Data Flows and Advanced Excel, with the ability to independently manage projects, automate processes and mentor team members while delivering high-quality insights to stakeholders.

Location – Gurgaon (08:00 AM – 05:00 PM)

Responsibilities –

• Work on Power BI, Data Flows and Excel-based BI projects with minimal supervision, independently or as part of a team.
• Integrate, manage and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources including Nielsen, IQVIA, Circana, GERS, Snowflake and similar databases.
• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, reports and automated workflows.
• Handle large datasets involving data extraction, transformation, integration and automation for reporting and insights.
• Lead project execution from scope definition to delivery, manage timelines, address issues proactively and ensure process improvements and automation.

Requirements –

• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, Data Flows and Advanced Excel.
• Strong experience working with consumption data and databases such as Nielsen, IQVIA, Circana, GERS, Snowflake, etc.
• Excellent analytical, quantitative, logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to manage and develop teams, drive motivation, build competencies and manage attrition effectively.
