Responsibilities:
- Develop ALM strategies: Work closely with key stakeholders to understand the organization's software development processes and goals and develop ALM strategies that align with those goals and consult the customers.
- Design ALM solutions: Design and architect ALM solutions that encompass the entire application lifecycle, including requirements management, version control, build management, deployment, testing, and release management.
- Tool selection and Consulting: Identify and evaluate ALM tools and technologies that best meet the organization's requirements and provide consulting aligned overview.
- Process improvement: Identify areas for process improvement within the software development lifecycle and propose consulting solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and collaboration.
- Stay up-to-date: Continuously monitor industry trends and advancements in ALM practices, methodologies, and tools. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on the organization's ALM strategy.
Functional experience in an Engineering Division, Product Development, New Product Launch, R&D Prototyping, or Innovation Management in Discrete/Process Industry
