Process Excellence Specialist Lead – Lean Six Sigma | Operational Excellence | Insurance Domain - 8Years - Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager
Summary: We are hiring a Process Excellence Specialist Lead for a global insurance organization’s Center of Excellence. This role will focus on promoting continuous improvement, driving Lean Six Sigma initiatives, and supporting business transformation through data analytics and change management across global functions.

Responsibilities:
Promote a Continuous Improvement (CI) mindset using Kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, and process standardization.
Gather, analyze, and present data to enable data-driven decision-making.
Act as a Change Agent with SDM teams to eliminate process inefficiencies and variations.
Manage Balanced Scorecard & Service Level metrics and lead corrective actions.
Lead PEX projects using DMAIC and Lean tools to drive measurable improvements.
Design and deliver training modules and coach managers on process transformation.
Align with GCoE-wide initiatives to embed a sustainable quality culture.
Ensure successful implementation of change management strategies across locations.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate with overall 8+ years of industry experience.
Minimum 3 years in Lean, DMAIC/DMADV, Internal Controls, or Finance Ops.
Yellow Belt certification is mandatory; Green/Black Belt preferred.
Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI, Minitab/statistical tools.
Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and presentation skills.
