Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Analyst L1 to join our Global Operations team in Mumbai. The role involves reporting, dashboard creation, ad-hoc analysis, and automation of manual processes. The right candidate will be highly skilled in MS Excel and data analytics, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a global work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyze, and publish weekly/monthly dashboards and reports.
- Track utilization, revenue, and other performance metrics accurately.
- Identify manual processes and automate reports to improve efficiency.
- Deliver ad-hoc reports and insights for management.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all reports.
- Collaborate with global teams and share best practices.
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational and client data.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in MS Excel and data analytics.
- Knowledge of utilization and revenue calculation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Logical thinker with strong decision-making ability.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and detail oriented.
- Flexible to work in rotating shifts.
- Quick learner, adaptable to process changes.
Education & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years’ experience in data analytics, reporting, or database management.
